Defective Item?
If you receive a defective item, please email us at orders @emiracoutureofficial@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
Make sure to include:
- An unedited unboxing video (showing the sealed package, full opening process, and item condition)
- Clear photos of the defect
We’ll offer either a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer — because your satisfaction means the world to us!
Exchange Policy
For Online Orders
You can exchange items either online or in-store, as long as you provide proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email).
Exchange Conditions:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange
- One-time exchange only
- Exchanges apply to items of equal value (no cash/voucher refunds)
- Discounted items will be exchanged at the same discounted price
- Items must be unused, with original tags, and all extras (belts, etc.) included
- Item must be odor-free
- Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to the customer
- Exchange/return processing takes 15–20 days
